brainpets has been awarded 2nd place in the Project Future challenge for vfx joint-sponsored by Berlin and Brandenburg together with the IBB. Its great to have institutions of such caliber recognize the potential of a non-photorealistic working environment. This opens the door to business loans and is a great impetus to defining our concept beyond the strict technical construction. The DHL safety campaign continues on into 2010, and brainpets continues to bring Etwas Neues Entsteht’s ideas to life.

Prehistoric Times publishes Stegosaurus.

The reputable magazine Prehistoric Times has published our skeletal reconstruction of Stegosaurus. Head to the website to order a copy. The work is a direct reference to Gregory Paul’s 2D reconstructions, so its a particular honor to have ours placed directly beneath his fantastic painting. Other artists include Craig Dylke and Peter Bond, both of ArtEvolved.

DHL colored pencils

DHL gives its team and their kids a coloring book complete with pencils. Brainpets was commissioned for the pack design and because they needed to present before the give-away had arrived, we visualized the pencils and pack as well. An illustration / visualization double-whammy.

EAM; blitz energy campaign

3D illustration doesn’t have to be time-consuming and expensive. Brainpets teamed up with Heymann+Schnell to deliver a barrage of rapid-fire billboards and print ads for middle-German energy company EAM.

McPaper Campaign 2003

McPaper wanted a public advertising campaign for the opening school year that respected their business focus: school supplies. We took this briefing literally and developed posters, ads and eCards using McPaper supplies and paper. Fun and wildly successful. Art direction and illustration.
